Our Season 2016-17 club event dates are below:
Open Day – 10am Sunday 28 August 2016 at our courts
Junior Presentation – tbc
Senior Presentation – 7pm Saturday 18 March 2017 at Uraidla Hotel
Community
Summertown TC plays a big role in the local community and we are proud of our contribution in creating the best possible community for our tennis players and families.
These events also serve as a valuable fundraising opportunity for our club.
As part of this goal we are participating in:
Uraidla Cricket Club
Summertown TC have been rostered on for the follow three dates in Season 2016-17:
1. 3 December 2016 – Senior Div 1 teams [Ladies, Mens & Doubles]
2. 4 February 2017 – Senior Div 2 Doubles teams
3. 4 March 2017 – ALL Junior teams/families
Please put these dates in your calendar – bring family and friends and enjoy a local / family night out for tea.
If you are rostered on to help, please note the below information:
Saturday Night [6pm for 6:30 start]
6 People min. – 2 x Serving, 1 x Grill, 1 x Chips, 1 x Schnitzel
4 People min. – Clean all dishes, Grill, Deep Fryers & Baskets, Salad Bar, Mop Kitchen Floor
Sunday Clean up [10:00am day following]
3‐4 People – mop bar, male & female toilets, wipe down all tables, put seats up on tables, vacuum carpets
